We believe that every eel matters. We are always striving for a 0% mortality rate. The methods our fishermen use both in the UK and in France are as sustainable and sensitive as they can be. The fish are of the best quality when we receive them from the fishermen, then from husbandry to packing contact is minimal. Ensuring extremely low mortality and shrinkage for us and for our customers.

Every step is controlled by ourselves, so we know the cool chain is never broken. We pack our fish in 1kg polystyrene boxes. We are able to take back any used boxes for disinfecting and reusing. We then pack them into our refrigerated lorry for transport to our aircraft G-EELS. Where they can be loaded by us and flown out, anywhere in Europe, to our customers immediately.
